essie sunrush metals collection
Hi there friends and welcome to the essie sunrush metals collection!
This collection is one part of a trilogy of new summer collections essie came out with. The collections were inspired by warm weather, outdoor fun, nature’s beauty and the earth itself. sunrush metals features six new shimmery metallic gelcouture shades. The other two collections (the rocky rose collection and the gorgeous geodes collection) will be featured on my blog soon!
For all of these swatches I used just two coats of each shade and they were nicely opaque and even looking. I did not experience any negatives with the application whatsoever.

These are all nice shades and they definitely seem like a ‘dog days of summer” type of collection. I do have some favorites and they are what’s gold is new and sun-day style. They are just so pigmented and gorgeous! I also really like sequ-in the know. I don’t think I have a coral quite like this, so it’s probably the most unique one here.
You can find the essie sunrush metals collection on their site and other places essie is sold.
What do we think about these shades?

Pretty! I saw these at CVS the other day but decided not to buy any until I saw a swatch and review online, so thanks!
These are nice! I love Sun-day Style. I would get Sunrush Metal if it weren’t metallic. I just don’t like metallic pinks on myself. Great swatches as always!
I love Sunrush Metal, but I think it might be only a hair deeper than Cozu melted in the sun by OPI, so I probably don’t need it.
Nice. What’s Gold looks amazing! I do with the lighter ones could be a bit more opaque on the first few coats, but that’s a thing with most brands anyway and not just essie.
