Hello and a happy Tuesday to ya!
The LVX Fall Winter 2017 Collection should be coming out very soon and it features six new shades in a variety of finishes. It’s not what one might typically think of with a fall or winter collection, but there are some decidedly seasonal looking colors here.
The formula was very good with all of these. I only needed two coats for all six shades and no issues. The metallic ones are very slightly brush-stroke-y, so just be aware of that.
French Rosé is a copper/rose gold metallic. A gorgeous and rich shade, this almost only needed one coat but I did two.
Millennial is a pale beige/pink creme. This is probably the least unique one of the bunch.
Verdant is a metallic olive green with a muted look to it. It also has some orange/yellow shimmer.
Stardust is an intense silver metallic with large chunks of silver glitter. This is definitely a full-coverage glitter, just 1-2 coats needed.
Rouge is a super saturated cherry red with heavy red lit-from-within shimmer. Gorgeous color!
Mulberry is a deep chocolate-y mauve creme. Great coverage with two coats.
There are definitely some shades here that are standing out to me and they are French Rosé, Verdant and Rouge. I actually really love Mulberry also, and I wasn’t sure I would care about it much. You don’t often see brown/mauve shades like this.
You can find the LVX Fall Winter 2017 Collection on their site soon and they are $18.00 each.
Which shades here appeal to you?
