Hello and a happy Wednesday to all of you! I hope your week has been going smoothly thus far.
The new essie Wild Nudes Collection recently debuted and it features nine new “nude” creme shades. I think using the word “nude” to describe these is a little off – they are more like muted, dusty tones. The formula overall was very good. All, except for one, were just two coats, and I didn’t have any problems with them.
Skinny Dip is a very pale pink that is on the sheer side. I used three thin coats here over a base (and still had streaks on ridged nails).
Bare With Me is a light pink/tan creme.
Wild Nude is a light taupe creme.
Without A Stitch is a light grey creme.
Mooning is a light dusty blue creme.
Exposed is a medium mossy green creme.
Clothing Optional is a medium clay/tan creme.
Winning Streak is a dark dusty purple/grey.
Truth or Bare is a medium milk chocolate creme.
I love how this collection looks as as whole because I usually love dusty creme colors. A few of these aren’t really “me” but they are still nice shades in general. The ones I liked the most were Mooning, Exposed, Winning Streak and Truth Or Bare. Really strong formula overall!
Which of these are your favorites?
