Hi and happy Wednesday! We are almost halfway through the week, you can do it!
The ORLY LALA Land Spring 2017 Collection is a new and very spring-like collection consisting of six new shades. Five of the shades are pale pastels and one is a glitter. Because these were light pastels they did have some slight application issues, as pastels sometimes can. However using a ridge-filling base coat (if you have ridges) may help with this uneven issue. Most I applied with two coats, however really they needed three on me because of my ridges.

Head In The Clouds
Head In The Clouds is a pale milky pink creme. I only used two coats here but really should have done three thin ones as you can see it’s not very even looking.

Cool In California
Cool In California is a light coral/pink creme. This is three thin coats.

Forget Me Not
Forget Me Not is a light sky blue creme. This is two coats, should have been three.

Big City Dreams
Big City Dreams is a pale mint green creme. This is two coats, should have been three. This one gave me the lobster hands a bit!

As Seen On TV
As Seen On TV is a light lilac creme. This is two coats. This one had the most and best coverage of all of the colors.

Anything Goes
Anything Goes has a pink shimmery base and then metallic fuchsia round glitter chunks and light blue metallic star glitter chunks. The glitter pieces were not really very easy to get out of the bottle, I had to fish them out and place them, so that was a negative. This is two coats.
While I liked the idea of this collection I think it wound up being a little lackluster for me for a couple reasons. I do love all of these colors because I do love a pastel, however, nothing was really unique (except the glitter), and these are so sheer that they all really needed three thin coats to get them looking best on me. The glittery one was hard to work with since the chunks tend to fall to the bottom and sides of the bottle and not move around, even with lots of shaking up.
You can find the ORLY LALA Land Spring 2017 Collection on their site and in stores now and they are $8.50 each.
What do you think about these colors?

You’re right about them not being very unique, but I’m finding the creams quite appealing. I don’t mind doing three coats, or adding undies to my mani’s. I could live without the glitter though. I have similar top coats with that same shimmer sans the glitter that i really like. Again, lovely swatches!
lovely polish but I dislike the glitter one
Anything Goes could be so cute if the glittery pieces were a bit smaller and easier to distribute.
