Hello friends! Long time no see, at least on here. 🙂 After a bit of a break I am back to blogging but here’s the deal. I am not going to stress myself out about it. I’ve always kind of felt it had to be all or nothing when it came to blogging, but I have changed my mindset (or am trying to). I am going to blog when and if I feel like it, and see how that works. Truth be told I really love sharing pretty photos with people, and while I do it often on Instagram and Facebook, many people don’t use those applications, so they miss out. So here we are.
Today I’ve got the limited edition OPI Infinite Shine summer 2016 collection for you. In case you didn’t know, Infinite Shine No Light Gel-Lacquer give you the high shine and long wear of a gel manicure without having to use a light to cure it or a complicated removal process. There is the Infinite Shine Primer (step 1), then the lacquer shade you choose (step 2) then the Infinite Shine Gloss (step 3) and that’s it. It’s removed with normal nail polish remover. This collection is filled with various shades of “nudes” for lack of a better term. All were just two coats over a base coat.
Staying Neutral On This One is a pale pink creme.
No Strings Attached is a pale pink/nude creme.
Don’t Ever Stop! is a light salmon creme.
Can’t Stop Myself is a light peachy creme.
Hurry Up & Wait is a medium pinkish tan creme.
No Stopping Zone is a medium dusky tan creme.
As mentioned above these all covered pretty nicely with just two coats over a base coat. I didn’t use a top coat in these photos and they are pretty shiny (though you always should use a top coat for extended wear time). I liked the lighter shades such as Staying Neutral On This One and No Strings Attached, but the rest didn’t do much for my skin tone.
This limited edition collection can be found at ULTA, Dillard’s, Regis, Macy’s and Chatters. They are $12.50 each.
Are you into these types or shades or going to pass?
