Revlon Ultimate All-In-One Mascara is one of five new mascaras and I picked up shade Blackest Black and have been giving it a go this past week.
This mascara has what they call the “Revlon Power Mini Brush” which is a small, oval-shaped rubber brush that grabs even small and short lashes. It gives lashes volume, length, curling-power, definition and intense color payoff. It comes in three shades – Black, Blackened Brown, Blackest Black. I was very curious about the other four mascaras as well which include Dramatic Definition Mascara, Super Length Mascara, Ultra Volume Mascara and Volume + Length Magnified Mascara, but this one seemed to cover everything I want in one (volume, length and a super black color).
As promised, Blackest Black is a jet black color.
I’ve been wearing it a lot this past week or more and so far so good! I am a huge fan of the rubber-style brushes and in fact won’t even buy the old style mascaras anymore. These just work for me much better in separating my lashes and not getting them clumped up. I like this smaller brush because I don’t have a ton of lashes, and this does a good job of ensuring even the tiny ones get some mascara on them.
It does a nice job of thickening and lengthening them, which are the two main things I want. I didn’t notice much of a curling effect, but I always use a lash curler anyway. It didn’t flake off on me or make my lashes feel super stiff and crispy. Overall I am very pleased with it and would definitely re-purchase it.
You can find this at Target, Ulta, etc. and it runs from $5.99-$8.99.
