Whoa I am sooooo far behind on my nail polish swatching, so sorry! But at least technically it is still spring. Today I’ve got Orly Sugar High for ya!
This collection features six new shades all named after sweet, sugary things. Three of these are cremes but there are also a couple shimmers and a neon thrown in for good measure.
Cake Pop is a very pale pink creme. I did need three coats to get this one completely even and covered.
Frosting is a very pale yellow creme with gold shimmer. Gorgeous shade but even with three thin coats it was rather uneven on me.
Sweet Dreams is a light grey with pink pearly shimmer. Pretty shade and this had a good formula. I did use three thin coats though for the most saturation.
Key Lime Twist is a neon lime green creme. Actually it’s a yellow/green to be more honest. Loving this color but the formula was a bit uneven even with three coats.
Candy Shop is a medium mauve creme. This had a really good formula and covered with two coats but it’s kind of boring to me. I am not a huge mauve fan though.
Plum Sugar is a dark purple creme. This too had a really good formula and covered perfectly with two coats. Love it!
I wish the formula had been more consistent with these but I guess we can’t have it all can we? My personal faves are Key Lime Twist and Plum Sugar.
This collection can be found wherever Orly is sold.
