theBalm Mr. Write (Now) Eyeliner Pencil is brand new and I’ve got all the info you need about them!
These new liners come in eight shades, have a twist-up feature and built-in-sharpeners on the end. The caps match the shade inside, which is always a great feature for when you are rushed and just grabbing at liners, usually blindly (or at least I am because I barely ever remember the names of anything.) They have a nice satiny texture so they feel really creamy going on without any tugging. They also have pretty great payoff.
Brian B. Beige is a very pale off-white/beige.
Jac B. Bronze is a shimmery bronze/gold.
Wayne B. Olive is a deep olive green.
Vince B. Charcoal is a dark grey.
Scott B. Bordeaux is a deep wine purple.
Raj B. Navy is a dark blue.
Bill B. Mocha is a medium/deep brown.
Dean B. Onyx is a jet black.
I was actually very surprised how creamy these felt and how I only needed a couple swipes to get really good payoff. The only one I felt I needed to go over more than a couple times was Dean B. Onyx because it’s not super dark black at first but it does build up. These last on me the typical amount of time as most liners do. On my lower waterline just a couple hours then they fade off. On upper lids over a primer they last all day no problemo. My personal faves are Wayne and Vince.
Are you going to try these liners out?
