Happy Friday! I hope your week went well and you have fun weekend plans ahead!
There are two new Wet n Wild Fergie CenterStage Eyeshadow Palettes for spring 2015 coming to a Walgreens near you and today I’ve got them for ya!
Each of these palettes contains ten eyeshadow colors in various finishes as well as a double-ended brush. The brush is much better than those cheap sponge deals, but still not super great. One of the palettes called Milano Collections features more warm-toned, neutral shades. The other one called Paris Runway features cool-toned, smokier colors. So something for everyone perhaps.
The first shade is a very light champagne with sheen.
The second is a glittery pale peach.
The third is a metallic old gold.
The fourth is a metallic copper.
The fifth is a metallic bronze.
The sixth shade is a matte chocolate brown.
The seventh is a shimmery pink/brown.
The eighth is a deep brown matte with some shimmer.
The ninth is a dark col-toned brown matte.
The tenth is a matte black.
The first shade is a glittery light pink.
The second is a light golden/pink glitter.
The third is a light pink/purple with slight sheen.
The fourth is a medium lilac shimmer.
The fifth is a deep purple with purple glitter.
The sixth shade is a dark blackened purple.
The seventh is a black with various purple glitter throughout.
The eighth is a dark charcoal shimmer.
The ninth is a medium grey shimmer.
The tenth is a black matte with silver glitter.
Can I just say how impressed I am with the matte shades especially? I pretty much expect that matte shades from a drugstore brand will generally be crap. Most of the time they are chalky or not pigmented and just blech. These felt so creamy, smooth and even! All of the dark shades in the Paris Runway palette swatched very nicely and even though they are pretty much all glittery, they aren’t over the top or unwearable. I think my favorite palette is the Milano Collections though because the brown mattes were so good and I love those metallic shades as well. For the money I think these are pretty darn good and worth checking out in person if you are so inclined.
These will be available at Walgreens only in mid-February and are $7.99 each.
What do you think? Will you be hunting these down?
