The Bonita Salon Colorful Palette for fall 2014 is a collection that caught my eye awhile ago when I was at Rite Aid. I know I know, this post is so last year. Oh well. 😉
I believe the collection featured six total shades (maybe eight) but only these three really stood out to me. I discovered after swatching them that some of them dry a little satiny and flat looking. Almost like a texture polish but not quite. I didn’t have any issues with the formula though, they swatched very nicely and all were just two coats.

Da Vinci Code
Da Vinci Code is a medium taupe with hidden golden sparkles. Of course I had to have this one because it’s an oddball color. I really like it despite the fact that the sparkles tend to settle down into the polish rather than being up front and obvious. You see them more when you add a top coat though.

Dali’s Memory
Dali’s Memory is a light minty green with multi-colored sparkles. This is another really cool shade but again the sparkles tend to settle down into the polish. No matter, I still love the base shade so it’s a winner for me.

Starry Night
Starry Night is a deep navy blue with tons of multi-colored sparkles. WOW. This is definitely my favorite one. It’s so rich and sparkly, and it really does look like a starry night sky. This one doesn’t dry satin-y like the others and the sparkles don’t sink down, which makes it look even more spectacular.
You can find these at your local Rite Aid and they are $3.99 each.
What do you think of these three nail shades?

Thanks, so pleasant colors! Unfortunately this brand not available in Russia.
Da Vinci Code is…interesting 😀 It’s a shade that would probably make my hands look pale and lifeless but I’m really intrigued by the glitter and how it’s kind of hidden under the surface!
Well, I’m on my way to rite aid for the gorgeous Starry Night! I just love deep sparkly blues like that. The others are pretty as well, but I’m not crazy about satins. Although with a topcoat Dali’s Memory looks worth getting as well.
All three of these colors go so well together, it’s no wonder that you bought them!

DaVinci’s Code is a neutral I’d love to own.
Starry Night is beautiful. Looks so much better on the nail than in the bottle.
Da Vinci Code is unique and intriguing!!

I own 3 Bonita polishes so far and I’m HOOKED! I was surprised I didn’t see these on your blog recently. I just picked up Royal Wishes from the new collection, it’s BEAUTIFUL!!! I have Rembrandt’s Muse and Eat, Drink and Be Scary from the winter? collection…. really really beautiful, the one thing though, they are difficult to remove. Not sure if it’s the formula for those two.. DEFINITELY pick up Royal Wishes next time you’re at Rite Aid!
Never heard of this brand but I would check them out if I had a Rite Aid where I live.

I’ve really been digging Bonita lately. I tried them for the first time last fall and loved the formula. I’m definitely a fan of the price point! Just bought a beautiful purple, Fantasy Flowers, the other day from their new Fabulously Diva collection.
