Milani Constellation Gel Eye Liner is a brand new and limited edition product popping up at CVS and Walgreens stores around the US. This is part of the Bedazzled collection, which also includes some new Lipsticks and Nail Lacquers.
These new liners come in three shades: Enchanted Lapis, Enchanted Emerald and Enchanted Black Opal. They have a creamy gel formula, are long-wearing, smudge-proof, nicely pigmented and come with a brush applicator.

Yep, the shimmery top is an overspray
Many people have been saying the beautiful, glittery top was an overspray and indeed it is. But you know what? The colors are still beautiful, and the product is so creamy and smooth that I kind of don’t care about the overspray!
Enchanted Emerald, Enchanted Lapis, Enchanted Black Opal
Enchanted Emerald is a deep sea-green.
Enchanted Lapis is a deep indigo purple.
Enchanted Black Opal is a deep charcoal.
These are super creamy, super pigmented and are lovely colors. They feel so silky and nice going onto the skin with no tugging. You do have some time to blend them out and work with them before they set after a couple of minutes. Initially at least, they do leave tons of sparkles all over when you remove them, so that’s kind of annoying. I’m not sure if there will be any sparkle left once the entire top layer is removed, that remains to be seen!
