The Zoya Ignite Fall 2014 Collection is available now and I’ve got all the details and swatches for ya.
This collection features six new shades with a shimmery, liquid metal finish. Call me insane but for some reason I wasn’t all that excited about these. Maybe my brain was just not computing the sheer gorgeousness, but I was kind of like ‘meh’ about them when I saw the press release. That all changed when I saw them in person. A couple of them actually, literally set my heart racing!
Zoya has such a crazy-good formula and these are just as great as with other collections. They are ridiculously creamy, smooth, pigmented and opaque. You won’t ever need more than two coats. They apply like a dream and feel like melted butter in a bottle. Shimmery butter!
Yuna is a deep grey with copper and gold shimmer. The overall effect of this color combination is a greyish murky greenish color with mega-sparkles. It’s INSANITY! The second I swatched it, it immediately became my favorite color I’ve seen in fall collections. It’s just magical.
Sansa is a dark purple with gold shimmer. Before I even saw the name of this one, I was thinking it looked like a rich brocade coat or some kind of royal tapestry. Then I saw Sansa was the name (from Game of Thrones) and it made even more sense. This is an utterly beautiful shade, incredible in person.
Remy is a deep blue with copper and gold shimmer. This is another stunner which is just beautiful, rich and mesmerizing. Way better in person!
Autumn is a medium copper with gold shimmer. The name of this one is perfect because it does look just like autumn to me. I wasn’t sure I was going to like it after I swatched the first coat, but with two I saw how rich it looked. So pretty.
Teigen is a medium purple/red with copper shimmer. This is a pretty, jewel-like color. It’s not my favorite on me, but it’s still nice.
India is a dark red with gold shimmer. Ahhh, this is another one that blew my mind when I applied it. You see all this red, gold, purple and orange-y shimmer – it looks like glowing embers. Beautiful.
You can find these shades on the Zoya website now!
Which of these colors are making you salivate?
