Happy Friday! I’ve got a review of some of the Laneige Hydration Care products for you now.
As mentioned in my previous post about Laneige, they are a Korean skin care brand and you can now find their items at Target. They have quite a few products and I am completely smitten with them lately. Not only are the products really nice, but the packaging looks and feels so high-end, and they are very reasonably priced.
These products are all infused with their Optimal Mineral Water, which hydrates, protects and revitalizes skin for 24 hours. This Optimal Mineral Water which was scientifically-engineered (their words, not mine) fuses three essential minerals: moisture-recharging magnesium, skin-barrier boosting manganese, and cell-renewing zinc.
Water Bank Serum is formulated for all skin types. It’s a 24 hour serum aimed at getting you smoother, more hydrated skin. It contains chestnut and seaweed extracts which help with cell turnover and retexturizing your skin.
It feels very lightweight, isn’t sticky, absorbs into skin quickly and has a nice light, fresh scent.
Water Bank Moisture Cream is formulated for normal to dry skin and it contains mango butter extract which helps prevent moisture loss, as well as helping to repair the skin’s natural barrier.
It has a rich, thick texture but absorbs into my skin quickly. I use this over the serum and my skin feels super moisturized and soft. I haven’t had any break-outs or issues at all with any of these products. This too has a light, fresh scent to it.
Water Sleeping Mask, which is formulated for all skin types, has highly concentrated ionized mineral water and ceramides in it which deliver high doses of moisture to the skin. It has an aromatic scent of orange flower, rose and sandalwood, which is quite nice. It also has apricot and chestnut extracts which brighten and purify the skin.
I love this stuff! It’s a lightweight gel and it’s super hydrating. I sometimes wear this over the Anti-Aging Care products I previously wrote about and it does a great job of making my skin look hydrated. I am more prone to dry skin or dry patches on my face now that I am getting older, and my skin hasn’t had any of that since I started using these products consistently.
A few of you mentioned in my last post you had heard about this brand or even used it before. What are your favorite products from them?
Stay tuned for a couple more reviews of their items from me soon!
