Have you heard of Trind Caring Color Nail Lacquer yet? I hadn’t until recently but I am glad I found out about them.
Trind is a Dutch company that started 25 years ago and specializes in nail care and color. In fact the first time I heard about them it was because I was saying on Twitter that my nails were dry and brittle. Jeanette from The Swatchaholic asked me if I had tried the Trind Nail Balsam, which I hadn’t. I looked into it and bought it on Amazon. Then they happened to email me not long afterwards and sent me the Beauty and The Beach collection as well as a bunch of nail treatments to try out.
Mellow Yellow is a bright yellow creme. This one was a little on the thick side so it wound up getting a little wonky on the nail because I applied it too thick! So be careful when applying, but it’s a lovely yellow. This was two coats.
Burst My Bubble is a candy-colored pink creme. This had an easier formula than Mellow Yellow. It was much smoother and covered in two coats.
Mint Julep is a pale turquoise blue creme. Yeah to my eye it’s not mint really at all, so the name doesn’t really fit. But it’s a really gorgeous shade of blue and the formula was nice. This was two coats.
Appletini is a bright green with gold shimmer. Ah yes, this is the stunner! This had a nice formula, super creamy and very pigmented. Loving this shimmer. This was two coats.
Miss O’Hara is a bright medium pink creme. This had a thinner formula, but went on pretty evenly. This was two coats.
Surf’s Up is a metallic, shimmery blue. The name is very appropriate, it reminds me of the ocean. It’s a wee bit brush-stroke-y, but not too bad. This was two coats.
You can find Trind on their website here and they have a global distribution list you can check out as well.
