Spring has sprung and we have the Misa Sunny Side Up collection to help celebrate!
Spring means flowers blooming, bright colors popping and baby birds singing. This collection, all named after flowers, is a nice fresh look at the season. There are some shades here that might not be unique for a spring collection, but others are rather different and cool looking.
Misa has their formula down pat, as I have mentioned approximately 1,385,980 times in the past. It’s perfect. It’s creamy, shiny, self-leveling and covers in two coats.

Dusty Magnolia
Dusty Magnolia is a soft nude/beige with gold shimmer running throughout. Such a lovely shade. The shimmer isn’t completely obvious, but it’s definitely there and it’s really nice. I don’t think I have any other shades like this one.

Silly Daffodils
Silly Daffodils is a mustard yellow/orange creme. Oh wow I love this shade! Yes it’s one of those ugly/pretty colors that always grabs my attention right off the bat. Oddball=good. It reminds me of some weird wool sweater from 1971, but in a good way. 🙂

Chrysanthemum
Chrysanthemum is a super shimmery light pink. The silver and pink shimmer in this one is really obvious and despite it not being completely unique, I love it.

Cherry Blossom Awesome
Cherry Blossom Awesome is a cool-toned medium pink creme. Pretty shade, nice formula, but nothing unique.

Blue Jade Vine
Blue Jade Vine is a bright blue with very, very hidden blue shimmer. It’s named after one of the rarest flowers on the planet. So basically think of this as a creme because the shimmer isn’t really there.

Loveliest of Lilacs
Loveliest of Lilacs is a bright violet creme. This one is truly amazing. It’s so vibrant and saturated. I love it.
Overall: Another great collection overall. I think the most unique shades are Dusty Magnolia and Silly Daffodils, but Loveliest of Lilacs is freakin’ gorgeous also. The other three are all really nice as well, but I’m sure I have shades similar to them already. The formula is so good with Misa, PLEASE try some if you haven’t yet! I have reviewed a bajillion of their collections so you can use the drop-down list on the top of my site under “Brands” to find them all if you wish!

Pricing: $7.50 each.
Is there anything in Sunny Side Up you have your eye on?
