Wet n Wild Fergie Vicious Varnish High Shine Lip Stain ia a fabulous new addition to the WnW Fergie line-up!
These new lip stains are coming out this month and they come in ten shades. The packaging is clear so you can see exactly what the shade will look like. The applicator is a flat, dual-sided soft sponge, which works really nicely.
The formula is glossy and light-feeling and they sink into your lips upon application and leave a stain behind. The deeper or brighter the shade, the more of a stain it leaves behind. They are infused with vitamins, so they feel nice and moisturizing on the lips. They last a good 3 hours on me in general and definitely stain!
Giving Realness is a nude beige. Definitely very lip-line-y with the formula.
Legendary Face is a pinky/brown.
Street Queen is a bright bubblegum pink. It settled a little into lip lines, but I love the color.
Bali In Vienna is a fuchsia pink. Bright and super cool looking. This one is my favorite.
Throwing Shade is a medium grape purple.
Flawless is a strawberry pink. Very shiny and juicy looking.
Voguing Madness is a bright coral orange/red. Love this one!
Global Fierceness is a medium berry red.
Runway Red is a bright classic red.
Epic is a deep plum/red.
This is what my hand looked like after swatching and wiping off many times with a makeup wipe. They do stain!
Here are my lips after wearing one of them for a couple hours. See how stained they are? They stayed like this through wiping the color off with a makeup wipe and until the next day. But it’s not a completely even stain. My bottom lip towards the middle is much more stained than my upper lip or around the edges.
Overall: I am super impressed with these. I really love most of these colors and the texture is so nice! They are light and hydrating, but also super glossy and comfortable. I detected a very mild scent of some sort but no taste. For the price, these are especially great. My personal favorite shades are Street Queen, Bali In Vienna, Voguing Madness, Flawless and Runway Red.
