By now you have probably heard about Anastasia Dipbrow. If not, here’s some handy, dandy info for ya!
Dipbrow is a new waterproof brow color that comes in five shades. It has a smudge-proof creamy formula that locks into place and won’t budge the entire day. It contains water-resistant ingredients and “high melting point waxes” which is what keeps it in place for so long. It dries quickly, but not so quick you can’t work with it, and once dried, it has a matte powder-like finish.
The available colors include Blonde, Chocolate, Auburn, Dark Brown and Ebony. And here’s a fun fact: you can use these as eyeliners as well!
Chocolate is deep, slightly warm-toned chocolate brown.
Dark Brown is a very deep, cool-toned brown.
Overall: I usually like my brows on the darker side and definitely cool-toned. For me Chocolate was too dark and too warm. Dark Brown was just too dark. I might check out the Blonde shade to see what it looks like in terms of depth of color and tone. Having said that, I still really like these! They are super creamy and easily glide onto brow hairs. Using a spoolie brush they blend right in, and don’t look overly drawn-in. I like that there is some time to work with them before they dry but once they set, they are ON. Dark Brown didn’t smudge or move on me for the 10 hours I wore it. A little goes a long way and hopefully they won’t dry out anytime soon.
Pricing: $18.00 for 0.14 oz.
