Today I’ve got some Formula X for Sephora Electrics swatches for you. The “Electrics” line includes twelve neon nails shades. Five of them are sparkly and the rest are creme. The sparkly ones were what appealed to me most, so I snagged four on a recent trip to Sephora.
I adore these bottles! The caps do come off, so you can paint your nails easier. As with many neon polishes, these dry a bit matte, so I used a top coat in all these swatches. All of them were just two coats except one, which was three. No formula issues whatsoever.
Danger Zone
Danger Zone is a cool-toned coral with pink sparkles. Such an amazing, fun, girly shade! This is probably my favorite one of these four. The sparkles with the base coral shade is so pretty. This was two coats.
Jolt
Jolt is a super bright pink with pink sparkles. This is another very feminine and fun shade. I am in love. This was two coats.
Hyped
Hyped is a bright magenta with blue sparkles. Another stunner, it looks so rich and gorgeous. This was two coats.
Kapow!
Kapow! is a bright blue with blue and pink sparkles. Interestingly the pink sparkles don’t show up at all in this photo, but they are there! This one had a slightly watery formula and it took me three coats to get it completely even.
Overall: Loving these! I am super impressed with the Formula X line because the formula is really good and they cover so nicely. The large array of colors and finishes is kind of mind-boggling! I really love Danger Zone, Jolt and Hyped the most out of these four. Kapow! is nice, but it doesn’t blow me away really.
