Anna Sui Minnie Mouse Nail Color for holiday 2013 is here!!
Back in July I reviewed some of the regular Anna Sui Nail Color shades, which were all really pretty. I knew this collection was coming down the pipeline and I couldn’t wait to see what the bottles would look like. And they do not disappoint!
Each bottle is decorated with a shiny black Minnie Mouse as the wand/brush and she’s so cute. There are five shades in all and they are all rose-scented once dry.

Snow White (002)
Snow White (002) is a soft white with strong pink shimmer and multi-sized iridescent silver glitter. This one starts off rather sheer so I needed three thin coats.

Neon Pink (300)
Neon Pink (300) is a bright pink with subtle blue and pink shimmer. It’s called “Neon Pink” but it’s not really a true neon. It’s just a really bright, feminine fun pink. I used three thin coats for this one as well.

Midnight Purple (200)
Midnight Purple (200) is a deep purple with blue and pink shimmer. Nice shade, nice opaque formula with just two coats.

Stardust Silver (001)
Stardust Silver (001) features silver glitter in a clear base. Nothing much to write home about here we have seen this a million times (but not in a cute bottle like this!). This was two coats and obviously looks best when layered over another shade.

Passion Red (400)
Passion Red (400) features red large and micro polka dot glitter in a clear base. This is another one that looks best layered but isn’t it cute? It definitely says Minnie Mouse to me. This was two coats and it wasn’t too hard to get a good amount of the large and small glitter out and onto the nail.
Overall: I think people are going to want these mainly for the bottles more than the actual nail shades, but there are some nice shades here, so you don’t have to feel too guilty about buying them just for the packaging. My favorites are Neon Pink, Midnight Purple and Passion Red. There are a couple drawbacks to these though. For one if you don’t like the rose scent or have any allergies these might not work for you. Also they are on the pricey side for the amount.
Availability: Beautylish (limited edition).
Pricing: $16.00 for 0.27 oz.
What do you think about these? See anything here you will be picking up?
