Wet n Wild Color Icon Eye Shadow Trios for fall 2013 come in four new color selections and should be rolling out to stores now!
These gorgeous trios each have three color coordinated shades, two foam applicators (really these are useless, I wish companies would just eliminate them) as well as a mini Megaprotein Mascara (not shown).
They are limited edition and I have a feeling they are going to be gone soon after they hit shelves. I happened to be at my local Walgreens a few weeks ago and saw most of them, so I picked some up for a recent giveaway. But there was only 1 or 2 left of three of them and none of one already!
I Don’t Do Camouflage (over primer)
The Brownbone shade is a light icy blue satin.
The Crease shade is a deep blue with light blue sparkles.
The Eyelid shade is a medium satiny blue.
I love this one because the shades are all pretty and had good pigmentation. I especially love the Eyelid shade.
Zero Dark Flirty (over primer)
The Browbone shade is a pale lavender satin.
The Crease shade is a deep purple with light purple sparkles.
The Eyelid shade is a medium violet with slight shimmer.
Another pretty set of colors here, loving the last two especially.
Enlisting For Beauty (over primer)
The Browbone shade is a very pale beige/nude satin.
The Crease shade is a deep warm brown satin.
The Eyelid shade is a light cool taupe satin.
This is obviously the more natural one of the four. I didn’t get huge color payoff from the Brownbone shade, but then again you don’t want gobs of color there anyway if you really do use it on the browbone.
Soldiers in Charms (over primer)
The Browbone shade is a satiny muted celadon green.
The Crease shade is a medium army green satin.
The Eyelid shade is a deep olive green with gold sparkles.
Ok you probably know what I am going to say. This is my favorite one! All three greens are so awesome alone or combined. Nice payoff and a really fun set.
Overall: All of these have nice payoff and felt easy to blend. The sparkly ones don’t feel gritty and over a primer there isn’t a ton of fallout (but some). I am loving Soliders in Charms especially, but think they all have nice shades in them. I predict Soldiers in Charms will be the fan fav.
Availability: CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens.
Pricing: $2.99.
Which of these do you love?
