Good afternoon readers of the world!
Urban Decay Naked Skin Ultra Definition Pressed Finishing Powder is yet another new product for fall 2013. Isn’t this exciting?!
This soft, velvety finishing powder has a luminous demi-matte finish. It’s weightless and designed to be invisible on the skin. It has a special “high-tech” formula which blends perfectly, sets makeup and cuts that pesky shine we all dread. Also included are pigments which help blur imperfections and create a soft-focus finish. No chalky dry look here folks!
It comes wrapped in a super pretty purple flowered bag. Inside you will find the compact, which is gunmetal like their other new products. The top layer features the powder and a large mirror. In a bottom area you will find the applicator sponge with a purple “UD” on it. It may look weighty, but in fact it’s really light, but a little thicker than a normal round type compact is.

Ok so powder isn’t really very easy to swatch! The lighter shades barely show up on me, which means they are doing what they said they should – blending invisibly! For me the shade that matches best is Naked Medium Light.
Naked Light works with shades 0.5-3.0.
Naked Medium Light works with shades 2.0-4.0.
Naked Medium works with shades 4.5-6.5.
Naked Medium Dark works with shades 6.0-8.0.
Naked Dark works with shades 8.0-12.0.
Overall: The powders feel really soft and nice. I used Naked Medium Light over a BB Cream the other day and it definitely cut down the shine and didn’t make me look powdered at all. No caking, no dry chalky feeling. It lasted all day with no oil breaking through. Love a powder that doesn’t make me look OLDER than I actually am!
