Korres Quercetin & Oak Antiageing Foundation is currently my absolute favorite thing to put on my face right now and I am rather surprised about the whole thing actually.
It all started off as per usual with me requesting to review a couple of the shades of this new foundation which came out in February. I hadn’t yet tried a Korres foundation and really was interested in the “antiageing” aspect of it. Here is the entire scoop:
- The only liquid foundation powered by their quercetin & oak antioxidant, which is a clinically proven natural alternative to retinol
- Long-wearing and buildable coverage
- Anti-aging and anti-wrinkle lifting effect
- Moisturizing ingredients to help keep skin smooth and hydrated
- Coverage which blurs fine lines and wrinkles
- Crease-proof formula helps boost your skin’s radiance and evens out skin tone
- Comes in eight shades
- Comes in a nice smooth feeling glass bottle with pump
What the heck is quercetin? Its an antioxidant derived from the oak tree. It’s been shown in many clinical studies to improve the appearance of aging skin.
Bisque, Light Sand
Bisque, Light Sand
Bisque, Light Sand
Bisque is the 2nd lightest shade and made for light skin with yellow undertones. It’s a little too light for me.
Light Sand is the 3rd lightest shade and made for light skin with neutral undertones. It’s the perfect shade for me.
This is my new favorite foundation because of a few reasons. First off I was really pleased with how perfect Light Sand melted into my skin and matched. It has really nice coverage (probably medium) but you can build it up. It acted like a primer also when I put it on over my moisturizer with SPF. It completely covers my pores and small little flaws like a primer does. My skin just looked so smooth and amazing and dewy!
I’ll admit it’s been awhile since I have worn a foundation regularly because I have been loving BB Creams and especially the Skin79 one so much. But this has me back on foundation I like it so much. It lasted all day with just a wee bit of shine on the t-zone area halfway through the day. It has no scent. I am 100% sold on this. No clue about the antiageing benefits since I’ve only worn it a few times, but I can say that it makes my skin look and feel really nice when I’m wearing it!
Overall: If you’re looking for a really nice medium coverage liquid foundation that is buildable and provides some “extra bennies” this could be your bag, baby!

Have you tried this foundation? Do you wear foundation or prefer BB or CC Creams?
