e.l.f. Pigment Eyeshadows are a new product that I saw at Target not too long ago. There are ten shades in all, and three of them are brand spanking new.
The sets I saw come with the pigment and a small applicator inside. Two shades really caught my eye and they were Tropical Teal (one of the newest shades) and Golden Goddess.
The loose pigments come in a plastic square container with a shaker style opening. When you first open the lid there is a sticker covering them so they don’t spill.
The holes are pretty darn small so I had to REALLY shake them upside down to get a small amount of product out.
Tropical Teal, Golden Goddess
Tropical Teal is a medium teal green shade. Nice color and very easy to get good payoff.
Golden Goddess is an old gold metallic. I need pretty much every eyeshadow I see in this color. So pretty.
These shadows are soft and build-able, so you can create a softer wash of color or use more for a more intense look. I prefer to apply them with my finger rather than a brush because there is less fall-out that way.
Pricing: $3.00 for 0.05 oz.
Have you tried these yet? Are you into pigments?

I haven’t tried any pigment but both of these colors are calling my name! I think it might be better to have pigment that doesn’t come out too easily than pigment that just spills all over the place! For 3 bucks you probably can’t go wrong with it! Now I have to hunt it down 🙂

That teal is gorge! Just so you know, there’s a typo in the amount – It’s actually 0.05 oz, not 0.005! When I first saw that I was like NO way that jar is that tiny!

Oh I do like it I have the teal, very soft w/great color payoff. Only con is those darn little holes I just take the whole plastic sifter off n pour it into the cap. I also use it as an eyeliner looks so pretty with a gold lid n a pop of color.
These are pretty and the price is right. I haven’t seen them at my Target though, maybe I should try the downtown drugstores 😛
Well now, aren’t these nice? Love both colors!

I like the pigmentation on both of these. I’ll add that to my elf list along with picking up some of their shadow primer to try out.

I am not that keen on pigments, but the colours look nice indeed. How wrong can it go for such a price?
