Are you ready to check out yet another super-cool travel palette by Stila? Trendsetting In Tokyo just might be my favorite one yet!
Trendsetting In Tokyo features 4 eyeshadows and a convertible lip/cheek color in cool tones. It does seem like most of these travel palettes are cool tones, which happens to work for me, but I know doesn’t work for everyone!
Clockwise: Shibuya, Sake, Kawai, “Peace Sign”
Sakura is a beautiful pink that I think is just perfect for this set, and totally compliments the eyeshadows. This is probably my favorite color for blush; great for fair skin like mine.
Shibuya, Sake, “Peace sign”, Kawai
- Shibuya – Bright deep blue matte – This one came off a bit patchy on my skin, but I wasn’t using it over a base or anything, which might help. The color is beautiful though!
- Sake – Light peachy, shimmery beige – A perfect highlight color, very nice
- “Peace sign” – A dark black with multi-colored micro-glitter – This is a pretty and deep black, felt soft, not gritty at all
- Kawai – Pretty, medium shimmery pink – This is a gorgeous pink and I love how it looks with the black
As with the other travel palettes I have tried, I really like this one. The shadows felt pretty soft and nice, and I love the convertible color for cheeks and lips.
