Ahh Mother Russia, such a cold, yet beautiful place. I know not of what I speak because I have never been there myself! 🙂 But the colors in the Make An Impression in Moscow travel palette by Stila seem like they fit right in with how I image a winter day in Moscow.
This is the 4th in a 5 series collection of travel palettes. I reviewed the latest one Fiji here, but still have another one to review soon!
This set features four eyeshadow colors and a convertible lip/cheek color.
L to R: Chill, Matruschka, Mink, Nadia
Chill is a very pretty medium shimmery blue. Matruschka is a light warm orange/beige. Mink is a deep brown with pink glitter. Nadia is a deep coppery orange with pink glitter.
The eyeshadows were nice and pigmented and felt pretty soft. The most opaque ones were Chill and Mink. You will have a bit of glitter fallout because these are a bit glittery, but it just makes them *extra* special in my book.
My favorite color combo for pretty much all things is blue and brown, so I love that we have Chill and Mink together in this set!
Lily is a pink shimmery peachy pink convertible color. I love these because they work so well for cheeks and lips, covering all bases and this color is the perfect compliment to the eyeshadow colors.
What’s not to love? All the shadow colors are nice and pigmented, and I love Lily. For ten bucks, you can’t really go wrong here!
Ok folks, do you prefer Moscow or Fiji?
