What I Like About You is Misa’s new collection for fall 2010. I am VERY happy to say it’s not cremes this time, yay!! All six new colors are shimmery and absolutely gorgeous.
The application on these babies was great. Misa has their formula down I must say I hardly ever have issues with them. These flowed nicely, very smooth, no drag or pooling, and all were only two coats!
It’s You! is a deep green/grey duochrome that flashes pink and green. It’s a really cool color and pretty unique, I think. The duochrome effect isn’t really obvious, it’s pretty subtle, but definitely there. I am wearing it right now and indoors it does look like a charcoal grey with mild shimmer.
Quirky Smile is a vivid teal shimmer. Very pretty, though I think this pic shows it being a little lighter than it really is, just only a little though.
Perfect Kiss is a bright fuchsia pink shimmer. This was one of the ones I was expecting to like the least since it was just pink, but I wound up liking a lot. I think it’s just super pretty on the nail.
When U Say My Name
When U Say My Name is a medium chocolate brown with heavy copper/gold shimmer. WOWOWOWOOWOW. This is my favorite one here. I absolutely love brown polish but the addition of this glowy shimmer just adds an extra punch!
Like It Like That
Like It Like That is a bright metallic green with shimmer. This is very pretty also, but perhaps not as unique as some of the others. I think my pic is showing it as a little lighter of a green than it is in real life.
Spinning Out Of Control
Spinning Out Of Control is a bright royal purple with pink and blue shimmer. This is almost a blurple because there is a lot of blue in it, but it leans towards the purple side for sure. I know I have a lot of polishes similar to this, but I could have 1,000 of them, and I would still love them all. I love this color, it’s just gorgeous. 🙂
I am really, really pleased with this collection. I think Misa finally came back from the (boring) cremes of the last couple seasons, with some amazing shimmery gorgeous colors, yay!
So tell me true, what do you think of these ones?
