Today I’ve got a new collection from China Glaze called Khrome. This is a set of six metallic (or chrome) colors. One I actually showed you already in another post (Millennium).
The formula on these is most excellent. They are ALL one coaters! Also they aren’t as streaky as you might expect from a metallic. I didn’t have any issues, as long as the coat I applied was even and thin. Enjoy!
Millennium was reviewed last week in another China Glaze post I did because I didn’t know at the time it was part of Khrome. It’s super, duper silver, like foil silver. It’s THE most silver polish I own!
Hi-Tek is a copper/gold color on the warmer side.
2030 is a nice cool gold and reminds me of C3PO from Star Wars. I am not a huge fan of gold polishes, but this now makes it into my top golds ever (along with Deborah Lippmann Nefertiti). This has that same foil look as Millennium. Love it!
Robotika is a pink/taupe color that’s on the warm side.
Sci-Fi is a cool lavender. This totally reminds me of a MAC I had about 12 years ago, which I threw away for some stupid reason!
Metallic Muse is a really medium beautiful blue. I think this is my favorite one of these. Most metallic blues seem to be a pale sky blue, but this reminds me of the ocean somehow.
This is a great collection to own if you love metallics. These should be out on the e-tailers websites soon (and are already on eBay and some at Sally’s), though I am not sure of the exact date.
What do you guys think, will you be getting any of these? What’s your favorite metallic polish ever? Let me know!
