Tuesssdddaaaayyy afternoon…Ok sorry that song just popped into my mind.
Color Club has a new collection called Wild At Heart for fall 2009 that is really great. It’s filled with various finishes and offers a variety of cool colors. There are three that are particularly stunning to me, so check them out!
Love ‘Em Leave ‘Em is a pale gold holographic that’s totally amazing. You can see from the pic it’s VERY holographic and I really love the pale gold base color on me also. The application was nice and opaque and I only needed two coats.
Wild And Willing is a burnt orange looking base with LOADS of pinkish copper colored glitter. It’s also got a duochrome effect that flashes yellow and pink. Very unique, though it was a little sheer so I needed three coats.
On The Wild Side is a dark steel grey frosty metallic. I’m not a gigantic fan of metallics much anymore for some reason, so while I like it, it’s not my fav. It was fairly streaky as you can tell so use thin even strokes when applying. This was three coats.
Rule Breaker is a jade green that has a lot of blue in it. The finish is a shimmery metallic and it’s outstanding. I love seeing a different kind of green rather than the typical dark creme or emerald, so this was a nice change of pace. This went on even and opaque in two coats.
Wild At Heart is the namesake of this collection and I can see why! AMAZING! It’s a grape purple holo that’s heavy on the pink and blue and I LURVE it. This was two coats.
With Abandon is #1 in my book, of course. This is so unusual and pretty. The color is a dark brown that’s filled with olive/gold colored glitter. It’s vampy, it’s shimmery, it’s VERY “fall” and I am wearing it as a mani right now! This was opaque in two coats.
I love Color Club and am really happy they released yet another collection where I will actually wear almost all the colors, which is rare. The formula on their polish is fabulous and the price is right at just $2.50 each if you get them on Head2Toe Beauty or 8ty8 Beauty. These should be available soon!
