BB Couture has a new collection out called Eye Candy and as per the norm, there is a “For Men” side and the regular side. Today I’m covering For Men.
I’m always excited to see new stuff from one of my very favorite nail polish brands and this is a really cool collection – with some unusual colors.
The formula was really great with all six of these. All but one were two coats.
Today I’ve got a deep purple nail comparison for ya: China Glaze Midnight Ride vs. BB Couture Bandito.
Both of these are really deep shimmery purples, but are they dupes or just similar?
Hello and welcome to part 2 of the BB Couture A Touch Of Greece collection for spring!
This is the “regular” side of the collection, or non “For Men” side if you like, but as you know anyone can wear whatever colors they choose. 
I would definitely consider this side a lot more what you would expect from a spring collection, but it’s still definitely not boring. Not a creme in sight, and even some fun holographic micro-glitter!
The formula on most of these is really great, but these seemed thinner so a few did require three coats.
Hemera
Hemera is a bright fun coral with silver shimmer. I love this color on me and I love wearing coral in the spring and summer. The shimmer makes it more interesting than a plain ‘ole creme. This was two coats.
BB Couture has a new twelve piece nail lacquer collection out for spring 2011 called A Touch Of Greece. As per the usual, it comes in the “For Men” bottles as well as the regular ones.
If you have been bored by recent spring collections and are tired of the same old bright stuff, some of the colors here might peak your interest!
There are some really unusual and some people might say (ugly) colors in the “For Men” side, which I happen to think are super cool and interesting.
Hades
Is this cool or what? I would describe Hades as a camel/putty color with greenish undertones. It’s got slight silver shimmer and those cool sparse black glitter flecks that BB is known for. I love it. I think it’s really unique and haven’t seen anything else like it.
It isn’t like China Glaze Classic Camel either, in case you were wondering. That one is lighter, more yellow and has totally different shimmer. This applied like butter in just two coats.
Hee haw, here we go with the “womens” side of BB Couture’s Wild West collection.
As with the mens side, these are all new and really fun, mostly unique colors. There are a couple in here that are very spring-esque and some that reminds me more of fall. I love the light to dark range here.
The formula for these was the same as the mens, really good with not any issues per se! These were all two coats.
