These Topshop lip products might not be brand new, but they’re new to me! They are in fact from summer last year, but hey, spring is coming and all of these make good spring shades!
Topshop Lips is a lipstick that comes in many different shades and has a velvet matte finish. Lip Stick is a fatty lipstick pencil that comes in three shades and has a matte finish.
Korres has an illiminating collection out called Magic Light. It features two new Face Contouring Powder Trios in shades Santorini and Mykonos. And because I love the introduction about the collection from their press release, I am going to share it with you. It’s a lesson in Greek Mythology!

The Magic Light of Greece is at its peak during the Alkionides days, also known as the halycon days – two weeks of calm seas and vividly bright, sunny weather in the midst of winter.
According to Greek mythology, Alkionides days are the result of an undying love between the goddess Alcyone and her husband Ceyx, who drowned at sea at the hands of Poseidon and Zeus. Distraught by the death of her love, Alcyone threw herself into the sea. Ridden with guilt, the gods morphed the two lovers into halycon birds, so they could be together forever.
To protect Alcyone’s nest so she could lay eggs, the gods provided 15 days of calm weather, before and after the winter solstice, enabling Alcyone to safely build her nest on the water without the winter winds. From this, the story of Magic Light is born.

Buxom Color Choreography Eyeshadows are new as of summer, and these shiny black palettes pack quite the colorful punch!
They come in six dance and music inspired combos: Swing (Brown), Tango (Neutral), Burlesque (Pink/Grey), Lambada (Pink/Purple), Belly Dance (Purple/Grey), and Hip Hop (Blue). Each one features five shades in either shimmery, glittery or matte finishes.
Inside the palettes are a good sized mirror, dual-ended applicator brush and the five shadows. The backside shows you all the shades inside and the names. I am SO happy they all have names, because it bothers me when palettes don’t.
You know how we pretty much all use eye primers? The liquid kind that come in a tube? Well I recently discovered that not ALL eye primers have to come that way!
Introducing the Buxom Stick Around Eye Primer, which is a pencil! Yes indeed this waterproof eye pencil is in fact an eye primer, even though it may look like a concealer.
It’s infused with vitamins A, C and E, and it’s pretty soft and easy to glide around over your lid without pulling the skin. It goes on clear and dries pretty much instantly. You won’t get that patchy area you can get sometime with thicker liquid ones when you apply too much either. Been there, done that.

Guess what? LUSH now has makeup! Yes you heard correct, they have a new line of makeup which is called Emotional Brilliance.
This new range includes thirteen liquid lip colors, eleven liquid eyeliners and six cream eyeshadows.
They come in really cute glass bottles with an “eye-dropper” style lid. Each one has a tag with the name on it, what it’s used for and a little motivating scribe inside.
