NP Set It Takes Two Concealer and Foundation Pot is a pretty cool idea and I think more companies need to jump on this bandwagon.

What it is, is a jar of foundation with a container attached to the lid that has concealer and a little mirror inside. It’s all-in-one! I love that because it’s compact, takes up less space and if you travel, makes it super handy to pack.

The foundation “sets” are very limited in shades though including only Light, Medium and Dark.

The one I tested out is in Light (very yellow based) and it still might be a smidge too dark for my skintone, but pretty close to matching.

The concealer which is housed in the lid is a pretty pale color, much lighter than the foundation itself.

Pixi Succulent Lip Twin glosses have me thinking about a time when things were much easier in life back in the 80′s.

The style of this tube and the smell immediately make me remember my wide collection of Barbie and Barbie related items!

Succulent Lip Twins are a two-sided tube that contain a lightly colored lip balm in the tube and a corresponding slightly more opaque lipstick in the cap. They are very moisturizing as well containing Aloe Vera, Jojoba Oil , Shea Butter and Vitamin E.

They come in four colors (Nude Lily, Coral Camellia, Pink Peony, Poppy Red) and contain 0.42 oz in the tube and 0.07 oz in the cap.

Now about that smell. It has this plastic-y scent that a lot of those cheap glosses made for kids smelled like back in the day. But for me this is not bad at ALL, in fact I love it!

Jemma Kidd is introducing us to some really REALLY cool new eye products for spring/summer 2011 called Glitterati Shadow Dust Duo’s.

These come in three colors and feature a liquid eyeshadow on one end and a glittery powder dust in a corresponding color on the other end.

The liquid shadow side comes with a doe-foot applicator and the glitter is applied via roller ball.

The three colors are:

• Paparazzi – Gold
• Debut – Silver

Make Up For Ever has two new limited edition palettes out called Trés Vichy.

They come in either an eyeshadow palette called Blossom or a blush palette called Trendy, each featuring a white and pink combination of colors.

I could NOT resist the packaging on this Blossom eyeshadow palette when I saw it. I am such a sucker for the “picnic” checkerboard print and the colors looked cute also.
