When you think of Christmas colors traditionally you think of green, red, white, gold and silver right? But my favorite combo is actually a bit different.

I love a pale, icy blue with red and white. It’s actually one of my favorite color combinations in general, not just for Christmas. But something about it does say the holidays to me.

For this manicure I used Jessica Barely Blueberry for the base (three coats) then China Glaze With Love and Snow for the various sized dots.

I came across Revlon Sparkle Aplenty at Walgreens or CVS recently and it was quietly sitting all by itself and seemed like it needed a comfy, warm home. So even though I’m not a huge fan of glittery nail polish, it’s Christmas and all, so I should be charitable.

I think this is part of a limited edition collection but not 100% sure.

LORAC Sweet Temptations Lip Gloss Collection is new this holiday season and a really great gift. You know for yourself, or I guess you could give it to someone else..but you won’t want to!

This collection includes six full-sized glosses with festive gold caps adorned with “diamonds”. They contain acai berry, pomegranate, grape seed and vitamins C and E all to help keep your lips soft and moisturized. They really are very moisturizing, dare I say slippery?

They are all flavored and scented with the shade name, so if you loathe smells or tastes in your glosses, these might not be for you.

This Candy Cane Fluff Soap ($3.29) smells exactly like a candy cane and of course inside we have a fortune. Mine says “Everybody is someone else’s weirdo.” Love it.
