This past weekend I went to the Beautylish Beauty Social in Santa Monica, CA. I stayed at the Lowes Santa Monica Beach Hotel which was right across from the ocean and pretty nice!

Opium Den…

An English Execution
A few weeks ago Mr. VV, my step daughter and I went walking around the Pier 39/Fisherman’s Wharf area in SF. We walked down some random pier (I can’t remember which one) and saw this indoor arcade that featured tons of really old games from I think the 1920′s-1940′s mostly.
The English Execution was one of them and of course we coughed up a quarter to see this baby in action!

Tarina Tarantino Sugar Skull Ring
Awhile back I bought this sugar skull ring by Tarina Tarantino. As you might know I am very into sugar skulls and am an avid ring collector.
The only thing I don’t love about it is the color started wearing off the resin roses after a bit, and the band itself is a little uncomfortable after wearing for hours. But still cute! The ring comes in 7 different color combos.
