Grey Hair Don’t Care with Roux!

If you’ve been on social media or anywhere on the Internet for the last year or so you will probably know that grey and silver hair is very in now. Yeah, people are actually clamoring to go grey, rather than cover it up! I must admit, I really wanted to try the trend myself but was kind of afraid that I would look way older and regret it. But then I found out I could try it out without any commitment! And here is where Roux Fanci-Full Rinse and Mousse comes in!

Roux Fanci-Full Rinse and Mousse are two different temporary ways to try the “granny grey” trend without worrying about long-term results. And did you know that Roux Fanci-Full Rinse is the #1 temporary hair care in the professional beauty industry? You learn something new every day. Roux also makes a really nice Anti-Aging Keratin Repair Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Serum Leave-In Treatment if you are so inclined.

Get Smooth Skin Fast with Veet Gel Cream!

Veet Gel Cream

Hair. It’s something I love when it comes to the kind that sits on top of my head, but not so much anywhere else. Well, except for my eyebrows and lashes and in those cases I wish I had more of it! But as to the hair that lingers elsewhere on my body, especially my legs and underarms, I wish it would just disappear forever.

Luckily for those of us who don’t want to deal with the hassle and major expense of permanent hair removal, there is Veet Fast Acting Gel Cream Hair Remover. I just tried this out and am pretty happy with the results.

Paula’s Choice Skincare – An Affordable, Luxurious Line!

Paulas Choice

If you haven’t heard of Paula’s Choice Skincare yet, listen up people, this stuff is good and affordable!

As I rapidly approach my 43rd birthday (which I cannot even believe since I still feel like I’m 23) skincare is definitely the most important thing to me in my beauty regimen. I’ve been super cautious about wearing sunscreen on my face for a good 20 years now, but in terms of a daily/nightly skincare program beyond that? I’ve never really had one. Basically all I was doing was using a combination sunscreen/moisturizer for the day and then at night I would slap on some over the counter retinol stuff and occasionally a moisturizer over that. It was all kind of ad hoc because I didn’t really know what I should be using and how to put it all together. Plus I am so lazy when it comes to beauty routines, I need someone to slap me and tell me what to do!

Enter Paula’s Choice. This is a company I have heard about for years and years now but never tried until 2 weeks ago. In fact the founder wrote a pretty popular book called Don’t Go To The Cosmetics Counter Without Me which is a very in-depth book about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to makeup/skincare, etc. They are cruelty-free, 100% fragrance free and have no added dyes in their products.

Simple Skincare Light Protecting Moisturizer with SPF 15 Review

Simple Protecting Light Moisturizer

Recently I had the chance to try out the new Simple Skincare Light Protecting Moisturizer with SPF 15 and I have to tell you, it’s really great stuff!

Simple is a new brand to the US market but actually hails from the UK. In fact, it’s the #1 selling facial skincare range (non-medicated) there. Their motto is basically to keep it simple. There are no dyes, perfumes or irritants in their products. It’s created for those with sensitive skin. They have a range of cleansers, moisturizer, eye creams and facial wipes and can be found at your local drugstore.

Smashbox Photo Finish Primers – So Many Choices!

Foundation primers are a product that a few years ago I had no idea I couldn’t live without. I mean, they hardly even existed back then! Now it seems pretty much every brand has at least one.

But get this.

Smashbox doesn’t just have the requisite 1 or 2 of them, they have nine! Nine! That could be the most of any brand, as far as I know.

I love them because they minimize pores, help to blur fine lines and overall make my foundation apply easier. If I am wearing foundation, you can bet I am wearing a primer underneath it.
