This week’s poll is dedicated to the person who wrote this insightful comment on my VV 3.0 Survey: “Add more colorful layouts & get rid of those awful surveys. You’re not MBB.” Need I say more?

1. How has your week been so far? Not that great. Can’t really talk about it because it’s work related and I don’t want to get Dooced, but basically everything sucks right now.

2.Do you consider yourself to be technically savvy? Yes. I think in order to keep up with the world in this day and age it’s a necessity; but I also love technology and gadgets!

3. What’s on your nails? Zoya Nidhi

4. Oreo Double Stuff cookies, love ‘em or hate ‘em? I love them. Perhaps a little too much. I could just really eat the inside and toss the cookie part.

5. What is your current favorite lip balm? MAC Lip Conditioner is my fav, I can’t get enough of it. I also like Smith’s Rosebud Salve.

6. Do you have any “spring rituals”? I seem to do some purging of the closets and other things in the spring more frequently. But I like donating things all year around in general.

7. What’s your favorite wild animal? Wolves and Snow Leopards are tied.

8. How many cities have you lived in? Five.

9. If you have a cat, do you collect cat whiskers that fall out? Ok some of you might think I’m crazy, but I have a sneaking suspicion some of you do this also. I happen to have a little container filled with whiskers from every cat I have ever owned! No I don’t pluck them out, I only grab them when I see them fall out. I have so many now that I don’t collect them anymore and don’t really even know whose is whose. Hmmm, I wonder if I can clone them now from their whiskers, lol!

10. What’s your least favorite song? Touch Of Gray or really anything by the Grateful Dead. Ironically instead of making me feel peace, love and happiness they make me stabby.

1. How has your week been so far? Actually supremely crappy. It’s all work related so I can’t get into it, le sigh.

2. What is something a lot of people might not know about you? I cannot stand it when things touch on my dinner plate! If something is juicy and is running, I will put napkins on the plate to separate it all and sop it up.

3. What’s on your nails? Zoya Robyn.

4. What kind of earrings are your favorite (dangly, studs, etc.)? When I have longer hair I like longer, dangly earrings or bigger hoops. When I have short hair I always feel weird wearing large earrings.

5. What is your favorite type of nail polish finish? Shimmery with maybe a little duochrome.

6. If you could quit your job/school right now and do what you loved for a living, what would you be doing? I am a Gemini so I am all over the map. It would be one of these though: Blogging/writing, baking/decorating cupcakes or working with animals.

7. Milkshakes: Vanilla, chocolate or strawberry? Vanilla, but I have lactose intolerance issues so I don’t really have them anymore

8. Who are your favorite YouTube makeup people? MissChevious, pixiwoo, MakeupByTiffanyD, MakeupGeekTV, xsparkage, panacea81 &  kandeejohnson.

9. When you want to scream and pull your hair out, but it’s not appropriate, what’s your method of calming down? You see this is how my week has been. My method is to email a friend and bang out my anger on my keyboard but that doesn’t really help much!

10. Do you watch the series Breaking Bad on AMC? Yes, I’ve watched since episode 1, and it’s hands down one of the best written shows on TV. It’s as good as anything on HBO or Showtime.

1. How has your week been so far? Pretty decent except for the rain that decided to come back.

2. What’s your favorite mindless distraction? Watching TV. I am a TV junkie.

3. What’s on the nails? Nada! I am packing and moving at work, so a mani isn’t in order at this moment.

4. Have you ever seen a UFO? I think I did not too long ago. It was definitely unexplained and weird looking.

5. Do you eat seafood? No, none of any kind (and yes that includes canned tuna, aka wet cat food). What’s funny is I come from a family of HUGE seafood lovers. I even have abalone divers in the family, but I find it all repulsive.

6. Ever taken a photography class? No but I am going to pretty soon. I desperately need some hands on training for my DSLR, it’s so complicated!

7. What was your least favorite subject in school? Math.

8. What was your favorite subject in school? Does cutting class and going home to sleep count? No? Ok then Creative Writing.

9. Do you wear scarves? Yes, I must confess I am a scarf addict. This just started about two years ago and now I can’t stop buying them…

10. Have you ever used LUSH Lemony Flutter? Was it good? I haven’t tried this stuff and have been on the fence about it. Seems some people love it and some hate the smell. I need your opinions!

1. How has your week been so far? It’s been ok, kinda long. Looking forward to a three day weekend though!

2. If you had to only wear one brand of nail polish for the rest of your life, which brand would it be and why? China Glaze simply because they have such a wide variety of colors and finishes, and many of my favorite colors are from them.

3. What are you wearing on your nails? BB Couture Caterpillar.

4. What is your favorite flower? Peonies, with tulips coming in a very close second.

5. Do you have any tattoos?  No because I am a very cautious person when it comes to permanent things. However I am seriously contemplating getting a design I have in mind!

6. If you had a chance to go to the moon for free, would you? No way. Something about people in space just seems totally wrong to me. I don’t like when I can’t breathe naturally on my own in any situation, which is why I also wouldn’t go diving.

7. What decade is your favorite in terms of fashion and the way people/objects looked? I have to go with the 50′s, though I love the 60′s also (thanks to Mad Men). I have always thought the Hollywood stars of the 50′s were just so beautiful. I love their makeup and hair, and the 50′s dresses, shoes and sweaters are just so cute!

8. What word do you loathe? Guesstimate.

9. When is the last time you got a manicure in a shop? It was before I started this blog, so over a year and a half! I prefer doing them myself because I am super anal about the polish looking exactly right, and frequently manicurists just don’t measure up!

10. If you could only use 5 makeup products (not including skin care products) the rest of your life, what would they be? MAC Omega E/S for my invisible eyebrows, Dior DiorShow mascara in black, MAC Well Dressed blush, MAC Crystal Rose Lipglass and MAC Blacktrack Fluidline liner. Yikes that’s hard because I have no concealer!
