How NOT to Wear: Lipstick and Lipliner
We’ve all seen “How to” posts regarding how to apply makeup, but not that many “How to not” ones. I thought this might be fun and helpful because I sometimes learn backwards. Meaning if I know what not to do, it helps me realize what I should be doing. Make sense?
Lipliner No No’s
A big trend in the 90′s (ala Pam Anderson) was to wear a dark lipliner with a lighter lipstick and not really blend a whole lot. This was never a good look even back then, but it’s SO dated now.
For reference I am wearing MAC Masque lipstick with MAC Spice lipliner. This is a bit exaggerated, but I HAVE seen people wearing looks like this!
