Orly Prepster for Spring 2009

Sometimes I feel like I have split personalities! Mainly I am a rocker chick; I love lots of eyeliner, dark nails, heavy metal, etc. However I have this crazy other side that’s totally preppy! I LOVE argyle and the color combo of pink/green. Give me an alligator polo and some plaid Chuck Taylors and I will wear them with glee. smile Orly Prepster for Spring 2009 Anyway that brings me to my point which is that Orly has a new collection for spring called Prepster. A couple of these I loved, a couple weren’t my favs for me, but overall the collection is really great. Pics taken in sun with no top coat.

Barielle Shades Spring 2009

TGIF! Barielle recently released their Spring 2009 collection, which is pretty tame but still pretty. You are not going to find any crazy, weird, odd, mind blowing colors in this collection, rather more professional and muted colors. I think of these colors as perfect for: the job interview, your cousin’s wedding and colors Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl would approve of. smile Barielle Shades Spring 2009 I didn’t have any application issues with these whatsoever. I am really happy that Barielle put out this new “Shades” collection of colors because they really are nice! All pics taken in sun & shade with no top coat.

China Glaze Kaleidoscope Collection – Warm

Here we have the Kaleidoscope warm polishes. Of course I didn’t like these as much as the cool ones, but there was one that just might be my favorite of them all. Can you guess? The formula on these was just as great as the cool ones. Pics taken in sun with no top coat.

Let’s Do It In 3-DSo in case you didn’t guess, this is the one that might be my favorite. What’s weird is to me this seems like a cool color because it’s an icy looking grey, I just don’t see the “warm” here. Either way it’s fabulous!

OPI France Fall/Winter 2008 – The Cremes

Morning! I know it’s been awhile since the OPI France collection came out, but I never got around to swatching them until now. They have been sitting in my “to do” container for months now! Anyhoo, I totally apologize for the horrendous pics here, they were taken with my older camera and are not as crisp as I would have liked. I think that Santa Claus will be bringing me a FAT camera for Christmas this year though (I hope, I hope, I hope) so the pics should drastically improve come January! smile OPI France Fall/Winter 2008 The Cremes Today I’ll bring you the cremes, tomorrow the shimmers. China Glaze Romantique – Warm Collection

As promised, here are the warm colors from the China Glaze Romantique collection. Personally I liked the cool set a bit better because I am fair and some of these don’t mesh as well with my skin tone, but they are still pretty. All were only two coats and again all had really nice application and pigmentation. Pictures taken in sunlight with no top coat.

AdmireAdmire is a pretty flattering silvery pink/lavender metallic. I was surprised that I liked it this much, normally something like this doesn’t do it for me.
