Last week whilst at Disneyworld, I was wandering around a store in one of the parks (I think in Magic Kingdom) and came across a display of Beautifully Disney makeup. I had no idea they sold any makeup or nail polish there, so I was kind of pumped up!

They have eyeshadow palettes, lip glosses but most importantly eight Beautifully Disney nail polish shades. I looked at everything carefully but passed them up.

A couple days later we were back in another store (this time in Animal Kingdom) and I saw the display again. Once again I picked up the green and purple nail polishes that kind of called my name and decided to not pass them up. So glad I didn’t because they are both great.

a-england Burne-Jones Dream is a new collection featuring four amazing holographic shimmery shades (with a 5th to come!).

But who is Edward Burne-Jones? He was a British painter who did a series of painting between 1885-1890 called The Legend Of Briar Rose. I happen to think this makes an excellent inspiration for a-england nail shades!

As usual with this brand the formula is so incredibly perfect. One coat seems like it will be too sheer, but after the second completely creamy one, everything is opaque, even and perfect.

Sheila got the color inspiration from some flowers in her yard that are called wild wine cups. They are a gorgeous red/violet shade, and of course, she wanted to add some pretty shimmer. The formula is a “crelly” which is a creme jelly combination.

It’s Friday afternoon are you ready for some holographic glitters? Let’s do it!

Dreams Nail Lacquers are a new line from Dreams Cosmetics. Dreams Cosmetics is a line of nail polishes and nail care items and can be found on FabulouStreet’s website. This is where I bought my Nfu Oh shades many moons ago. Their nail enamels are big 3-free and cruelty free.

Dreams has three “collections” right now and today I’ve got some from their Horoscope collection. I’ve also got a great deal going on with them for the next month, so stay tuned until the end of the post for that information!

All of these shades are glitters. They are all in a clear base, but are really glittery, so you can get full coverage with three coats on their own. Or you could layer them. They all feature one or two micro-glitter shades along with larger hex holographic glitter and some also contain micro-holographic glitter. I swatched most of them over a plain black but I also did one on its own so you can see what that looks like.

Revlon Chroma Chameleon is a new limited edition collection which features eight duo and multi-chrome metallic shades.

I had my eyes peeled for these for awhile and finally spotted these five at a Rite Aid near me. They should be at Walgreens/Rite Aid and CVS (and possibly Meijer and Harmon, which we don’t have in the Bay Area).

The three I didn’t get were Aquamarine, Gold and Cobalt.

The formula with these was decent, not perfect. Since they are metallic they tend to be a little brush-stroke-y. Most were just two coats but two I used three.
