Zoya Island Fun for Summer 2015

Zoya Island Fun

Zoya Island Fun is the creamy side of the summer 2015 offerings from the always 5-free, cruelty-free brand.

Island Fun features six new cream shades sure to make you think of flowers, warmth, water and beautiful exotic islands. Sidenote: These summer collections are killing me. I need a vacation SO BADLY and am dying to just sit on a beach, swim and read for 10 days straight. Le sigh.

Zoya Paradise Sun for Summer 2015

Zoya Paradise Sun

Zoya Paradise Sun for summer 2015 has arrived at VVHQ and she sure is a shimmery bunch of beauties!

Paradise Sun is one half of the new summer 2015 collection. The other half, Island Fun, will be coming tomorrow! Obviously this collection is all about summer and the great things that go alongside that such as: deep ocean waters, red hot days, pink sunsets and tropical flowers. These all have a metallic shimmery finish meant to look like sunshine on sparkling water. I approve!

Zoya Delight for Spring 2015

Zoya Delight

Zoya Delight for spring 2015 just landed on my desk and as soon as I saw it, I knew it needed to be swatched!

This collection features six new shades perfect for the upcoming colorful spring season. Three of them are cremes and three have a turquoise shimmer. And all of them are gorgeous!

The formula with the cremes was a bit less pigmented than the shimmer ones for me. I needed three thin coats for the cremes to be completely even but only two for the shimmers. But even with three, they are worth it in my eyes.

Zoya Naturel Satins Transitional for 2015

Zoya Naturel Satins for 2015

Zoya Naturel Satins Transitional is a new collection comprised of six soft, neutral shades.

This collection is meant to be a transition collection between winter and spring. A palette cleanser of a sort perhaps? The shades have a low-sheen satin-like finish and aren’t totally flat like a matte, but not super glossy like a regular polish. They are meant to be full coverage and they covered great for me with just two thin coats.

I love soft shades like this, especially when they have an interesting finish. I had heard some bad things about the formula so I was a little unsure how these would turn out on me since I have bad ridges on some nails. I am very happy to report I didn’t have a single issue with any of the colors. The formula was completely smooth, even and opaque on me. Yay!
