Urban Decay Heavy Metal Loose Glitter for Summer 2014

Urban Decay Heavy Metal Loose Glitter

Urban Decay Heavy Metal Loose Glitter for summer 2014 is here.

Rocking stickman

These glitters, which come in six shades, are in clear pots with a shaker style opening. I know what you are thinking. You are thinking these are going to be super messy. And yeah, they definitely can be. But they have another new product you can use with them to help with that called Bondage Weightless Makeup Adhesive.

This stuff comes in a tube that kind of looks like a mascara. It’s a clear, water-based adhesive with a non-sticky feel. You brush it on, pack the glitter on top and it helps it stay in place with not as much fallout as you normally would have, say with just a primer.

Urban Decay Eyeliners for Summer 2014

Urban Decay Eyeliner for Summer 2014

Urban Decay has some new eyeliners for summer 2014, which I am really excited about. I could always use MOAR black eyeliner!

Remember just a month ago I asked a question here about which beauty item you most want to see created? My pick was a cream liner from Urban Decay! I had no idea they were actually making one when I said it. Hopefully now they’ll come out with more shades like Smoke and Rockstar. UD, are you listening? ;)

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Gash

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Gash

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Gash is back!!

Long, long ago in the 90′s I had Gash. It was in a cool metal tube. I wore it a lot. I cherished it. It was such a great red! Then it disappeared and I clung onto that old lipstick for many many years. Finally I realized it was too old to hang onto anymore and with a tear in my eye, she was thrown away. But now she’s back and more glorious than ever in the new Revolution Lipstick tube!

Gash was one of Wende Zomnir’s favorite shades. She’s the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, in case you didn’t know. And now she’s brought back Gash for a limited time until it sells out on the site.

Urban Decay Electric Pressed Pigment Palette

Urban Decay Electric Palette

It’s here! The brand new Urban Decay Electric Pressed Pigment Palette!

Aren’t you crazy excited that they brought us a palette filled with bright colors finally? I mean don’t get me wrong, I love all the Naked Palettes they have been releasing but it’s nice to see a change every once in awhile.

Electric contains ten shades, including Chaos, previously released in the Vice Palette, and Revolt, from the Anarchy Face Case. All the other shades are new and range from mattes to shimmers. One thing to note. On the back of the palette is does say that Slowburn, Savage, Jilted and Urban are not intended for the immediate eye area. Neon shades do often have a warning like this with them (in the US anyway), so if you have used them on the eye area in the past and had a bad reaction, don’t use these ones! Use at your own risk.

The outside of the palette features a “smoky flower” print in dark and bright colors. It has a magnetic closure. Inside you will find a large mirror and a new Double-Ended Pressed Precision Brush. On one end of it is a small brush, great for lining, blending and smudging. On the other end is a small pigment brush which can be used to apply color all over the lid or in the crease.
