Stila After Glow Lip Color is a new limited edition lip balm/stain that comes six shades.
These come in a twist-up fat pencil form that doesn’t need sharpening. The colors are bright and summery but here is something I’ll bet you don’t expect – they are packed with fluorescent pigments that make them glow in the dark when exposed to UV light! Kind of a gimmicky thing and since my clubbing days are over, I really don’t care about that, but some people might like it. 
They apply really easily and have a satin-like texture. They are buildable and leave a stain on the lips when they wear off. They have a bit of shine, not super glossy though. No scent or taste.

Stila Countless Colour Pigments are brand new and come in ten tantalizing color combinations.
They are hand made using a proprietary baking and pressing process. Each one features three shades which can be used individually or they can all be swirled together to make one shade. It’s not recommended to use them wet however. They suggest using fingers or a foam-tipped applicator to apply.
They are really pretty to just look at, like little works of art! I like how each one comes in its own colored compact.

She was at Sephora when she first saw it. It was sitting there in a display front and center alongside another one similar, but with a different finish. She silently shrieked. She reached for it, hands slightly tingly with anticipation. Which one to pick up first the Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Periwinkle or the Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Periwinkle? She chose the Smudge Stick.
Admiring the shade of the packaging she hoped the shade inside would be the same. She slowly slid the cap off. Lo and behold there it was. The same EXACT shade as the packaging suggested it would be. It was all she could do to appear like a normal, sane person in a store packed with people.
She gently glided the creamy liner across her hand, where it left a vivid periwinkle blue streak. It was all she needed to know.
