Makeup Geek Blush Swatches & Review

Makeup Geek Blush

Makeup Geek Blush is a new product from the brand and it comes in thirteen gorgeous shades available either as a pan or in a compact.

These are super finely milled powders which are talc and paraben-free. They are long-lasting, incredibly pigmented, very soft and easily blendable. I had the pleasure of trying out seven of the shades and I am seriously impressed with them!

Makeup Geek Gel Liner Swatches and Review

Makeup Geek Gel Liner

Awhile back (in 2012 actually – wow time flies!) I reviewed some of the Makeup Geek Gel Liner shades. And today I’ve got a few more for ya!

These liners come in glass pots. They are smudge-proof, water-resistant and don’t fade or budge all day long. They have a really nice smooth consistency and never skip as you apply them. They currently have eleven shades in the line, but some are out of stock at the moment.

Makeup Geek Pigments Swatches and Review

Makeup Geek Pigments

Makeup Geek has some new Pigments out and I’ve got them for you this afternoon!

Remember awhile back I reviewed a bunch of these and rather liked them? One shade in particular was just incredible and that was called Liquid Gold. These are just as good, thankfully!

Makeup Geek Pigments come in little pots that are 0.05 oz. They are packed to the brim with powdery, shimmery goodness. The downside is they don’t come with a sifter inside of them. You can purchase a pack of 5 sifters for .75 cents but inserting them could be a messy proposition. Either way it’s going to be messy, but they are so soft and pretty it’s kind of worth it.

Makeup Geek Eyeshadow Swatches and Review

Makeup Geek Eyeshadow

Happy Thursday afternoon!

Today I have twelve more Makeup Geek Eyeshadow shades swatched for you. In case you haven’t yet gotten on the Makeup Geek train, you might want to reconsider. I have reviewed quite a few of their eyeshadows here, here, here and here and these are just as fabulous!

Makeup Geek shadows are extremely pigmented and soft. You can buy them like this, just in the pan to place in a Z Palette (or other type of palette), or in a compact. They are cruelty free, paraben free and talc free. The best part? They are very inexpensive and very high quality.

Makeup Geek Pigments Swatches and Review

Makeup Geek Pigment

Makeup Geek Pigments are a fairly new item and they come in fifteen super shimmery super pigmented shades.

These pigments come in little pots that are about 2 grams of actual product and absolutely packed. They don’t have a shaker inside so you need to open them carefully. Believe me, I opened one and it was filled to the rim with product and nearly spilling out!

They are talc-free and really soft and easy to work with. Of course since they are loose they are highly prone to fallout so I suggest placing them on over a primer with a finger and tapping rather than sweeping. Also doing your eyes first might be good since you can then wipe away the fallout before doing the rest of your face.
