Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream Pearly Green Lagoon and Pearly Mauve are two new shades for summer 2013. Actually there is another one as well called Pearly Pastel Green, which I don’t have.

Aqua Creams are great for summer because they are intensely pigmented creams which dry with a nice satin-like texture, they’re crease-proof and are waterproof. They contain evaporating oils and a filmogen polymer, which work to set them and keep moisture out. Plus these two shades are super pretty, colorful and fun!

Make Up For Ever Aqua Lip for summer 2013 features five new shades.

These long-wear lip colors are bright and DO NOT BUDGE. They are a non-transferable, very pigmented and full coverage. You can use them either alone, or add the super shiny clear top coat over them. I love them both ways, but think they rock even harder with the shiny top coat.

The new shades are:

• #16 – Fuchsia
• #17 – Bright Coral
• #18 – Coral
• #19 – Pomegranate Pink
• #20 – Baby Pink

Make Up For Ever Pro Finish are brand new compact foundations this spring with a multi-use innovative formula.

Creator & Artistic Director Danny Sanz has been working on creating this for six years after makeup artists in the tv and film worlds had been asking for a versatile foundation that would create a flawless look quickly. She tested more than 70 formulas before finalizing this one. This foundation can be used wet or dry, but it opposite from what you might think. Using it dry provides a full, matte finish and using it wet gives you a sheer, satin coverage.

The “breakthrough formula” includes a vegetal lecithin coating that wraps around the pigments helping them stay on the skin longer and better. It contains silica and sericite as well to help give you a light-reflecting, soft-focus look. Also inside you will find ximenia oil and aloe vera powder to provide comfort to your skin. This foundation is made without mineral oils, fragrances and less talc (read: chalky) than other formulas.

It comes in 25 shades with golden, olive, beige and pink undertones. It comes in a nice sleek black compact with a mirror and a bottom section where the sponge applicator lives.

Make Up For Ever Aqua Brow is something I hadn’t heard of until I was looking to spend money with my VIB discount recently.

I am always looking for the latest and greatest eyebrow product to somehow make my brows look completely perfect, even, arched and amazing. Sadly this never happens because I have one good arched brow and one more straight that somehow REFUSES to arch. Oh and of course the good one is the one hidden under my bangs 99.9% of the time. My life, sigh.

Aqua Brow comes in three shades on the Sephora website: 10 (Light Blonde), 15 (Blonde) and 25 (Ash). So what is this stuff? It’s a gel-based, smudge-proof brow color that comes in a tube. I’ve never seen anything quite like it and I was really hesitant to purchase any.
