Make Up For Ever Artist Shadow and Liner collection is a celebration of the brand’s 30th anniversary.
The Artist Shadow range includes 210 highly pigmented shadows with finishes such as matte, satin, metal, iridescent and diamond. The formula is based on “pigment atomization and water-blend technology”. This is the latest technology used to maximize color, delivering up to 88% concentrated pigment, which is the highest on the market. They are available as singles ($21), duos ($34) or trios ($44). The names all start with a letter, which corresponds to their finish (ME for metal, S for satin) and a number, which corresponds to where they are on the color wheel.
The Artist Liner range includes 15 shades in various finishes. These liners claim to be super pigmented, silky, blendable, long-lasting and smudge-proof. They come in a twist-up pencil style, which means no sharpening. The names of the liners are similar to those of the shadows. M means matte, ME means metal, etc.
