If you are a Face Off aficionado like I am, or you are into special effects makeup, you have probably heard of Kryolan Professional Make-Up. But did you know they also have a nail color line?
Kryolan Nail Color now comes in twenty-two shades, and they also have a base coat and top coat. And guess what? These are normally $13.50 but they are all on sale right now for $9.95 until September 30th.
One quick note. I was sent three shades but it turns out Inspired (the blue one) actually had leaked out so the bottle was empty. Therefore there is no swatch, sorry about that!
Graceful is a light mint green creme. This had a slightly sheer and watery formula, and this here was two coats. I wish I had used a ridge-filling base coat because I think it would have helped with the slightly unevenness on me. It is a pretty, soft mint shade though.
Vivid is a bright medium teal green. This had a slightly thicker formula than Graceful and this was two coats. Again the ridge-filling base coat probably would have helped with the uneven appearance. This is nearly a neon shade so it dries a little matte looking.
I wish I had been able to swatch Inspired because it looks like a really great denim blue creme! Oh well.
You can find these products alongside other Kryolan goodies on their site here. As a sidenote, I took a Halloween Makeup class last year at the SF shop and bought a bunch of special effects makeup there. They have some REALLY great stuff! They are cruelty-free and the nail shades are made in Australia.
