Jesse’s Girl Cosmetics has a collection called In The Mood, which includes 6 color changing lipsticks. How strange!

I’ll admit, I bought these what seems like 12 million years ago (in fact just in the summer) and am just now getting around to reviewing them!

What first drew me into these lipsticks was the fact that they were so bright and cheery looking. I didn’t even know they were mood changing lipsticks until I got them home actually! I was totally content on buying them thinking they were actually the colors in the tubes.

In fact, these are much, much more subtle than what they seem, and the colors are really quite wearable.

As far as packaging, they aren’t the sturdiest feeling tubes I have ever used, but you’re not paying top dollar either.

Up until recently, I had never heard of the YouTube-r JulieG. In fact it wasn’t until Jesse’s Girl came out with a JulieG Collection that I heard of her. I know she does a lot of nail art so maybe that’s why she wasn’t on my radar, since you know me, I have zero patience for nail art.

The JulieG Collection consists of eight colors. Six of them are cremes and two are shimmers. The cremes are all in pretty basic colors such as peach, orange, pink, purple, blue and red-orange. None of those looked all that interesting or unique to me so I chose the two that stood out from the rest – Stiletto and Mermaid’s Lagoon.

Ahhhhhh Jesse’s Girl. The cosmetics line now way more easily accessible to me thanks to the Martinez Rite Aid store! Yahoo.

But wait, is that a good thing or just bad for my bank account?

Jesse’s Girl has a pretty large line of what they call Pure Pigment Eye Dust, which are pigments and fine glitters in a sifter-style container.

I reviewed five of these colors here, a couple months back but now I’ve got even more for ya!

One of my newest favorite inexpensive makeup brands is Jesse’s Girl, and I finally found some of their new 9 Pan Eyeshadow Palettes!

They have four different ones in the shades The Eyes Have It (greens/browns), Brown Eyed Girl (warm orange/browns), Behind Blue Eyes (blues/yellows) and Tickled Pink (pinks/purples).

These are a really great find if you can manage to hunt them down because they are inexpensive, have great color combos and pretty nice quality.

Pretend there is a bottle shot here. Sorry, I forgot to take it!

Jesse’s Girl High Intensity Nail Color in Glee is a really hard color to capture correctly on camera. I took tons of photos and am not really satisfied with any of them.

The color is a blue/green glitter that shifts and shows a lot of yellow also. It’s really MUCH more pretty in person, but I’ll show you what I was able to capture.

Glee

This is indoors with the flash. You can see it’s a really nice shade of blue and super, duper glittery.

The formula is good, it’s on the thinner side and a little sheer so three coats is necessary. I could still see my nail line after three coats though a bit in certain lighting.
