Diamond Cosmetics Spring 2010 Collection Swatches & Review

G’day mates!

I wish I could say it’s a bright sunny day here in the CA, but nooo we have some of those “April showers” going on, boooo! Maybe today’s post will brighten up the day though!

Diamond Cosmetics has a new spring collection out and it’s pretty nice, if I do say so myself.

There are six colors in the collection that are mainly variations of blues/pinks and oranges.

The formula was pretty great on all, with a couple small exceptions noted below.

Take a peek below!

Serendipity

Serendipity, along with it being my favorite word, it’s a beautiful pale baby blue with silver shimmer. I knew I would like this one the second I saw the bottle and I really do. It’s not like other baby blues I already own, and it’s nice and opaque in just two coats.

Diamond Cosmetics Ring in the New Year Swatches & Review

Haaaaayyyyy people of the world!

Diamond Cosmetics has a couple new colors out for spring along with a new matte finish top coat. I am feeling a bit “over” the whole matte thing right now, especially since my brain is on bright glossy spring-like colors, but I wound up liking theirs more than I thought I would.

The formula on these colors was pretty darn good, no complaints whatsoever. Peep ‘em and weep!

Concrete Jungle

Concrete Jungle is a super fabulous light grey creme. Me loves it, it reminds me of this movie I watched about 20 million times in the 80’s with Maxwell Caulfield and Charlie Sheen called The Boys Next Door. Maxwell drove a primer grey hot rod, and ever since then I always loved this color. You might want to know if this is the same as Rescue Beauty Lounge’s Concrete Jungle. The answer is yes, it’s pretty much an exact dupe. So if you don’t have that, you could get this and save some cashola! This was two coats.

Diamond Cosmetics Winter 2009 Collection Swatches and Review

TGIF!

The weekend is upon us, who has fun plans? I don’t have much going on, which is kinda nice. Think I might go on a photo expedition if the weather cooperates :)

Diamond Cosmetics has four new colors in their winter collection, which I have for you today.

The formula on these was really great, as I have found all their polishes to be so far. They are thick, but not sticky and very opaque. A couple of these didn’t knock my socks off, but the other two I really like a lot. Peep them out.

Diamond Cosmetics Nail Polish for Fall 2009

Howdy folks! Diamond Cosmetics has a great new collection out for fall 2009 which is comprised of six new colors. They vary in color from nude to green and from sheer to shimmery.

I have only reviewed a few of Diamond Cosmetics colors so far, but from what I have seen I really like them. Not only do they have great colors that don’t all play it safe, they have a great formula, are “big three free” and are very inexpensive at only $2.00 each! Check ‘em out!

Angelic

Angelic is a nude/pink sheer color. This is a very professional looking polish and would be great for a job interview or something that required your nails to look clean, yet understated. What I love about this one is that it’s so shiny even without a top coat! This was two coats.
