The Tarte Eye Candy Waterproof Cream Shadow Collection is a limited edition QVC exclusive and going for a pretty good price!
This set includes six of their EmphasEYES Clay Shadow Sticks.
They come in a tube that twists up to reveal the rounded tip of the shadow stick. You can use them as a thicker liner smudged out or as an eye shadow. They are waterproof so they stay ON and set fast!
Tarte has some new limited edition holiday items out and one of them is available on Sephora and Tarte’s website. It’s the Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner Collection.
This set includes six of their really cool SmolderEYES liners. These liners come in a pencil shape and on one end you have the liner and the other a smudge tip. It also comes with a sharpener for use with these.

This time I’ve got Tarte emphasEYES Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner in Green.
These liners come in 5 colors including Green, Black, Bronze, Indigo and Plum. They all come with a dual-ended eyeliner brush that includes a tapered pointy side and a small domed shader side.
EmphasEYES liners are cream liners that can be used as eyeliner or as shadows. They are super pigmented, creamy and smooth and have a botanical waterproofing agent in them (from a blend of natural plant waxes) which helps them last for hours and hours without creasing.
