Good morning/afternoon people! Today I’ve got the new LVX Spring Summer 2017 Collection for you.
This collection features six new creme shades all inspired by the New York Fashion Week runways. A few look decidedly spring-like and pale, and a few are more bold and intense shades, reminiscent of summer. All had a good formula and covered with 2-3 coats, with no issues whatsoever. And remember, the square caps pop off to make applying them easier.
Coquillage is a soft pink. This is two coats.
Seychelle is a pale blue. This is two coats.
Camellia is a light bubblegum pink. This is two coats.
Schiaparelli is a vivid pink. This is two coats.
Argonne is a medium army green. This is two coats.
Reine is a vivid purple. This is three thin coats.
Overall I felt the collection is nice, though there aren’t really any shades completely unique here. It did a nice job representing both spring and summer, and 5 out of 6 of them were just two coats. My personal favorites are Seychelle and Argonne.
You can find the LVX Spring Summer 2017 Collection on their site now and they are $18.00 each.
