Urban Decay Full Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette

The Urban Decay Full Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette just arrived yesterday at VVHQ and I’ve got all the info and swatches you need!

The limited edition Urban Decay Full Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette features 21 shades of eyeshadow, 18 of them are new shades and three are exclusives from past palettes. In fact it’s the most shadows in any of their eyeshadow palettes thus far. As the name implies, the palette runs the gamut of rainbow colored hues in a variety of finishes.

The palette itself is jet black and features a raised rainbow-colored ‘UD’ and the words ‘Full Spectrum’. As you expect with their palettes it also comes with a large mirror inside as well as a dual-ended eyeshadow brush, which also has the lettering in the rainbow colors.

Urban Decay Full Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette Swatches

Goldmine, Mean, Metamorphosis, Faded, Bump (over primer)

Metamorphosis is a bright blue pearl.

Faded is a deep lilac with heavy gold sparkles.

Bump is a bright white matte.

Well if bright colored eyeshadows are your thing, then you might love this palette! It’s definitely colorful and fun, and the colors for the most part are very saturated and pretty. Of course most of them here are sparkly or pearly, so if you are looking for bright mattes, this isn’t the one for you. I do like that alongside the bright rainbow-colored shades they included some more subdued ones in the top row, which I think makes it more user-friendly. I love the way all the colors look together, it makes me happy just looking at it, but I think my super bright eye looks are behind me at this point. My personal favorites are Warning, Hundred, Delirious, Platonic, Sketch, Jones, Mean and Faded.

The Urban Decay Full Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette will launch on Sephora, Ulta and the Urban Decay site on Oct 26th and will be $58.00.

is this a palette you are going to be purchasing?
