Happy Easter! I hope you are enjoying your weekend. I have something that may make it even better – Urban Decay Summer 2015 goodies!!
This is a very long photo-packed post, but I think you will like what I have to show you. There is a ton of info here so grab a cup of coffee (or a chocolate bunny), sit back and enjoy!
Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Blush ($26.00) is a brand new product which comes in twelve color-packed shades.
The packaging is a gorgeous shiny gunmetal with a “fishnet” cutout on the lid so you can see the shade inside. Some have matte finishes and some have shimmer. All are incredibly soft because of their super finely-milled formula which isn’t ever powdery or chalky. They are perfectly pigmented and really beautiful.
Indecent is a light peachy nude matte.
Obsessed is a light pink matte.
Score is a medium peach/pink with gold shimmer.
Kinky is a light peach with gold shimmer.
Video is a medium nude matte.
Fetish is a medium pink/nude matte.
Rapture is a deep mauve with pink shimmer.
Crush is a medium pink matte.
Quickie is a bright pink matte.

Bittersweet is a bright purple matte.
Bang is a bright red/orange matte.
Revolution High-Color Lipgloss ($22.00) is another brand new product which comes in fourteen shades (I am missing Kinky – a nude.) These have a flat, pocket-friendly style with a metallic gunmetal cap. The barrel is clear so you can see the exact color inside. The applicator is a silicone flocked paddle style. They included an ingredient called”Hilurlip” which helps define and hydrate lips while making them look fuller – there is no stinging or tingly feeling whatsoever though.
These come in a creme and sparkle formula and they are very glossy and non-sticky. They feel smooth and slick on the lips and are pigmented and buildable. No scent or taste to mention.
Liar is a medium pink/nude creme.
Savage is a bright pink creme.
Failbait is a light neutral pink creme.
Punch Drunk is a bright orange creme.
Scandal is a bright fuchsia pink creme.
Assassin is a candy apple red with shimmer.
Big Bang is a bright pink with shimmer.
Quiver is a medium rose-pink creme.
Vice is a dark purple with shimmer.
Bittersweet is a bright purple creme.
69 is a bright red creme.
Brickhouse is a dark brick red creme.
Apocalypse is a deep wine-purple creme.
Next up are eight new Eyeshadow shades ($18.00) yay!
We’ve got six new duochromes and two new mattes. These all feel as creamy, smooth and fabulous as most of their eyeshadows do. They are pigmented and gorgeous!
Beware is a warm brown matte.
Sideline is a gold with green shift.
Tonic is a lilac with blue shift.
Dive Bar is a medium blue with pink/purple shift.
Lounge is a brick red with green shift.
Riff is a medium brown matte with micro-sparkle.
Fireball is a peach with pink shift.
Backfire is a burgundy with purple shift.
Now we already know how great their Eyeshadow Primer Potion ($20.00-$24.00) is but did you know there are other formulas than the original one? There is Eden (a full-coverage nude matte), Enigma (which is limited edition and I wrote about it recently), and an Anti-Aging one (which contains optical blurring pigments which help diffuse light to blur flaws.) Also they have re-worked the formula of Sin and re-named it Minor Sin. It’s still shimmery but more sheer now, which is what people had been asking for.
The newly revamped packaging features ombre artwork and a faceted cap which looks like a little jewel. You can use the new flocked wand that comes with it, or squeeze out the product and use your finger.
And last but not least is the brand spankin’ new Ultimate Ozone Multipurpose Primer Pencil ($20.00.)
This is a primer in a fat pencil form. It contains jojoba oil to help nourish skin and give it a nice smooth application. And as the name says, it’s very much a multipurpose product. You can use it on your lips before lipstick or gloss to help the color stick. You can use it around your lip line to help lipstick/gloss from feathering. You can use it around your eyes to help clean up areas or fill in any little annoying lines in your skin. It sharpens up with their Grindhouse Double Barrel Sharpener.
Urban Decay Summer 2015 launches April 15th and will be available on Urban Decay’s site, Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta, select Macy’s stores and online.
I am super excited about most of this stuff. The blushes are to die for and the new glosses kick some serious butt also. But the eyeshadow shades are nothing to sneeze at either!
Ok now I know you are probably super excited about some (or all) of this stuff, so tell me what is on your must-have list!
